Reserve on-line and receive an additional 10% discount off your entire stay with us. This offer is not valid for our winter special 1/2 price rates.

We also offer a 10 % discount for AAA and Good Sam members. Your discount must be requested and your member # must be listed on our reservation form under comments. These discounts will not be given at registration. AAA and Good Sam discounts do not apply when receiving other promotional or special discounts.

Bear Den is a popular vacation getaway and we recommend making your reservations early! Campground open March 1 thru Nov. 30 and the Creek Side Cabins are open year round. Campground does have a few full hook-up sites available year-round. Fully self contained RV's only. No bathhouse facilities available in winter months. Reservations required for these sites.

Reserve and stay 30 nights with us and you will get 10 nights free.
  • PETS IN CAMPGROUND: $2.00 each per night.
  • PETS IN CREEKSIDE CABINS: (PET FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY) $10.00 each per night.
  • There is a one time cleaning charge per stay of $35.00 for all fully equipped cabins and rental units.
  • (A) Camping Special: Arrive on a Sunday or Monday - March, April, May, Sept and Nov - Pay for 2 nights - Get the 3rd night FREE (Excluding Holiday Weeks)
  • (B) Cabin/Rental Unit Special:  Arrive on a Sunday or Monday in April, May, and September  - Pay for 2 nights - Get 3rd night FREE. (Excluding Holiday Weeks.)
  • (C) Winter special, Cabins/Rental Units Only: Nov. through March, Monday through Thursday, all cabins are 1/2 priced. (excluding holiday weeks)

  • RESERVATION POLICY (CAMPSITES): A deposit of one nights rental is required to set up and confirm a reservation.  Weekends beginning the last weekend in June going through the first weekend of August and peak weekends in October requires a two night minimum stay and two night deposit.  Holiday weekends requires a three night minimum stay and a three night deposit.  The balance of charges for the time you reserved are due upon arrival.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  If you prefer to pay your deposit by check, your check must arrive six weeks prior to your arrival.
  • RESERVATION POLICY (CABINS & RENTAL UNITS): A two night minimum rental is required along with a two night deposit to setup and confirm a reservation.  Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of three nights and a three night deposit.  The balance of charges for the time you reserved are due upon arrival.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to pay your deposit by check, your check must arrive six weeks prior to your arrival. A $100 security deposit is required on all fully equipped cabins upon check in, by credit card.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:  90% of your deposit will be refunded if notification is received at least 7 days prior to arrival date, 14 days on cabins.  Non-Cancellation of failure to show constitutes forfeiture.  We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather, therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved.  Refunds will not be made for early departures.
  • CHECK IN TIME: 3:00PM OR LATER - CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM - LATE CHECK OUTS UPON REQUEST WITH ADDITIONAL 1/2 DAY FEE UPON AVAILABILITY.
  • Sorry NO PETS ALLOWED in cabins or rental units except pet friendly cabins, creekside honeymoon cabin (sleeps 2) our #HMC-1 and creekside family cabin (sleeps 6) our # FC-1. Extra charges apply for pets, see rates above..  PETS ARE ALLOWED IN CAMPGROUND PROVIDED THEY ARE MAINTAINED ON A LEASH, KEPT REASONABLY QUIET AND NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.  ALL CABINS ARE SMOKEFREE ENVIRONMENT.
  • SPECIFIC CAMPSITE AND/OR CABIN REQUESTS: We cannot guarantee specific campsites or cabins, but we will make every effort to honor any special requests you may have.
